A week and a half ago, I ordered winter clothes for my daughter off the online website. We just arrived from Florida and are now living in Pittsburgh.
I needed the clothing for my daughter asap because she just started kindergarten. After taking longer than the original arrival date, I received someone else's order. The options I was given were to order and pay again, or wait for a refund. The refund will take 10 business days.
I feel helpless and extremely upset. The rep on the phone tried his best to help me. I was very frustrated but apologized to him, as he isn't the employee who shipped the wrong order. This is totally unacceptable.
This company should take more pride in helping customers with issues like mine. They should also hire competent people that know what they are doing. This company makes way too much off us for things like this to happen.
I will never shop at oldnavy.com. This is by far the worst online experience I have ever encountered.

Pricing error and delayed shipment
Carean at customer service was rude and has poor customer service skills.
First she told me that I would be charged the prices online when I told her I had already spoken to someone on this issue and was told the error was on their end and the adjustments would be made.
The question I asked was, will I have to wait for the product to arrive before I can take my receipt in store to have it adjusted. She told me I couldnt have the price adjusted, placed me on hold and then returned to tell me she made the adjustment.
She wasnt clear so after questioning her, I came to found out she made the adjustments on her end and that it would return to my bank account in 3-5 business days.
They overcharged me $160 and I need these funds ASAP.
I know have to wait even longer. I also need to exchange some of the sizes that I ordered and will have to wait for my shipment to arrive late and hope they still have my sizes.
I ordered 9 items online and was told they would arrive the 19th, one arrived then and and email said remaining would come the 23rd. One came the 24th and 7 are still not here.
I have issues every time I purchase from Old Navy.
Get it together. And hire people who actually have customer service skills to do your customer service work.
