I placed an online order with Old Navy on the morning of December 2nd -- ALL items were in stock and this order STILL HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED! How insane is that?

I called Old Navy and was told no supervisor was available to talk to but they would have someone call me back --- I'm so pissed that this order hasn't shipped and now when it does ship It'll arrive way later than I need it to......GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!

I will NEVER order from them again -- if I ever buy anything from Old Navy again it will be in store!

Monetary Loss: $75.

The same thing is happening to me and theres no jumber to actually talk to someone but instead an automated voice.

I'm with you - NEVER AGAIN....I placed 2 orders: O.N. order placed on 12/7, and GAP order placed on 12/10.

Both orders are still floating around and there is no delivery date in sight.

It's because they use the absolutely horrible service called FedEx Smartpost (aka DUMPOST). Your order goes from FedEx to USPS...enough said.
