In January I paid my balance in full and requested that my account be closed. In March I received a statement with a $50 balance.

I was told that interest has accrued by the time my payment was processes and late fees were applied for non payment. CS was willing to remove 50% of the new balance and agreed to close the account when I paid the remaining balance which I did. The next month I received another bill with the same issue.

The following month I received another bill with a $36 balance. After going round and round with customer service I was given a credit and the account is closed hopefully.

Monetary Loss: $25.

I just closed my account as well after having late charges and interest charged on my account. I ALWAYS pay my bill in full.

I never received a statement in Dec...go figure...after Christmas is when you have charged the most...of course they want late fees and interest charges.

Customer service when I called was horrible and as a result I closed my account.
