In January I paid my balance in full and requested that my account be closed.In March I received a statement with a $50 balance.
I was told that interest has accrued by the time my payment was processes and late fees were applied for non payment. CS was willing to remove 50% of the new balance and agreed to close the account when I paid the remaining balance which I did. The next month I received another bill with the same issue.
The following month I received another bill with a $36 balance.After going round and round with customer service I was given a credit and the account is closed hopefully.
