Evan, ( the store manager at the Sooner Mall In Norman, OK) bless your heart for having too deal with such a lazy staff members. I have always thought the customer should come first.

The staff member does not need to be in customer service. A turn off for your store. There is a way to work out conflict or misunderstandings. It takes a person who is skilled in that to resolve issues with the customer.

Do you just hire anyone young or old with no training or concern for this? What is the protocol for this kind of incident.

Would you please deal with this before I spread the word how your store is ran? Thank you.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Customer service behaviour.
