Verified ReviewerI want my order!!!
Well, it’s August and I still do not have my order. They refunded my money but refused to then honor the original order’s price and kept all of my Old Navy $s.
By the time they put through the refund that I asked them not to do as I knew exactly what would happen, they no longer had my size in a couple items and the cost was over double at this point because they kept my Old Navy cash and they were no longer on sale. I tried taking care of it at the store, but they just kept saying they had no record of the sale of leggings to me but yet, wanted me to leave them there with them to take care of.
Hahaha. So, I still have 3 pair of 2XL leggings sitting in my dining room.
I placed 2 separate orders last week. I received 2 packages on Friday, March 15.
The first contained a dress and pair of khaki shorts I ordered. I opened the 2nd package and it contained 3 pairs of size 2XL navy blue leggings and NOT the 3 dresses and 1 shirt that I ordered. I DID NOT order the leggings and I do not know why they were sent to me. You can look up the order number I supplied you and see what I ordered.
I immediately reached out that night explaining and was treated as if I was lying or trying to scam.
I told the person to look at my order and they kept saying so, you got your leggings and not the rest of the order? I kept explaining that I DID NOT order leggings. None, zero period. I kept telling them what I did order to no avail.
The only resolution I was offered was to send back the leggings, they would be inspected, and 10-14 days after the return/refund was approved I would then get my money back for the leggings.
I kept asking how can you refund something I DID NOT order? How would you even know how much to refund me as there is no order.
Well, it gets worse. The second part of the resolution was that I would have to re-order the items, pay for them and then call to get a price adjustment all the while, you still had my original money. So, I would have to pay out $78, hope for the price adjustment, while you held my original payment of $48 for up to 14 days.
(And thats assuming my refund was for my order and not the leggings, and assuming the refund was even approved) so that means Im out $126 for a $48 order until you determine my refund credible. Also, I would not receive credit for any reward type money used. Well, it was partially paid for with Old Navy $ and $2 or $3 in my account.
That is completely unacceptable. I did not send the wrong items, I didnt misstate anything, I was the one being honesty when I contacted you telling of the leggings.
I could have just said I didnt receive my package, which is the truth, but I did not. I was honest so you would not lose out on inventory.
I should not have to go through all of this for your mistake. I want the items I paid for and I feel they should be shipped to me immediately and I should not have to put out another penny for what I already paid for. Yes, you may say well you have our merchandise to that I say yes I do, but only because you sent them to me.
I wear small in leggings FYI, so I have no need for 3 pairs of 2XL. I also never said I would not return them.
I can not believe that this is your policy. Treating people as if theyve stolen something from you.
And, when it was you who picked up 3 pairs of leggings, put them in a mailer, and sent them to my name and my address when I did not order them.
I would greatly appreciate a quick resolution to this matter, as these items were ordered because I wanted them now. Not in 3 to 5 weeks.
Preferred solution: I just want what I ordered and have already paid for!!!
User's recommendation: Think twice before ordering online. You have to fight to clear up their mistakes while being accused of wrongdoing on your part.

Not happy. Just ship the package to the local Old Navy and I can pick it up.
Every order I get sits in the St. Louis distribution center for sometimes a month.
I have complained to everyone in the post office but they do not care. Stop using the US Post Office.

Verified Buyer | Winter Garden, FloridaMissing Item in Shipment, Unwilling to Provide Refund
I ordered six items online, selected a shipping date and provided my credit card to Old Navy. Not only were all the items late, but each one was sent individually, except for two items.
Each item was randomly sent me and finally arrived over a week ago. One of the items never came and is showing as lost somewhere with the carrier. I called to report this and no one has been able to assist me, and told me I needed to open a claim. I did this to report the item and ask for a refund, and Old Navy immediately denied it.
WHAT kind of customer service is this? I am now having my bank fight the purchase, and canceling all of my Old Navy emails/account. I will never do business with them again.
It's a fairly small purchase, and for me this is all about principles! What a terrible company - no customer service, just chaos.
User's recommendation: Avoid! There are better deals and better service elsewhere

Verified Reviewer | East Saint Louis, IllinoisThey start with UPS than it goes to the post office
Why does old navy send my package by UPS than transfer to post office distribution center where it sits for a month. The post office is defective.
I stopped ordering from eBay because they send by way of the post office.
The post office is corrupted they dont care if we ever get the package. When I complain, they want me to file a claim instead of them moving the package.

Verified Reviewer | Haslett, MichiganComplaint/ concern
Dear Old Navy Customer Support,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a pair of pants that I recently purchased from Old Navy. After wearing them, I noticed that my skin started to get irritated and eventually broke out.
I attempted to return the pants to the store, but I was informed that I couldn't do so for some reason. While this was disappointing, my primary concern is understanding why these pants are causing irritation. I have always shopped at Old Navy and have never encountered any issues like this before.
Could you please provide any information or assistance regarding this matter?
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
Best regards,
Raneja

Verified ReviewerI was scammed by Old Navy
placed an online order with old navy I was supposed to receive 6 items and only received
4. When I filed a claim for the 2 items I was missing l was told it was denied.
This was the second claim I had to file on the same order because they didn't get it right. I collected everything I purchased from them in the last 30 days and I will return it. I believe because you have no way of proving you received partial order they know there's nothing you could do. I was going to start having them ship my orders to the store but after this incident I will not order from them again.
I have an order coming to the store tomorrow and I will return it. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Beware of online orders have them shipped to the store where you can open them in front of a manager. Because I guarantee you that you will not receive your entire order.

Verified Reviewer | Enfield, ConnecticutEven exchange denied
I wanted to do an even exchange for a smaller size at the Enfield CT location. An employee named Cole told me that since it was over 30 days, I could not exchange it for a different size.
I didn't want to return it, I didn't want credit, I just wanted an even exchange. All tags are attached and it's on my Old Navy Charge. Seriously?
You have the exact same thing, same color, in other sizes. Why can't I just exchange it for a smaller size?
Preferred solution: Just a darn even exchange of the item… but in a smaller size.
User's recommendation: Complain to someone higher up if something sounds unreasonable. Or, if exactly what you want is not written in the policy.

Verified Reviewer | Las Vegas, NevadaThey don’t want to make a xchange
This day June 23, 2024 around 4 pm I went to this store 2180 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89108 I wanted to exchange a pair of jeans that were defective with *** and the cashier called the manager to see if she would exchange them without checking, she said it was already worn and she refused to change it and also removed the labels and said that she had already used it when that was not even the case and he threatened me that if I did not leave the store she would call the police just because I wanted to make an exchange. That is a person who is not professional without checking things.
They don't give a solution to anything and I'm sorry for getting here with this situation. I hope they can take matters into their own hands with an aggressive person with no manners who cannot provide customer service.
Preferred solution: Just a exchange

Verified ReviewerPackage never received; customer service # not working
My last email from old navy tracking said it was supposed to arrive June 15th I called Sunday to report my package never came. They simply gave me some form that tracks my package and didnt help further.
Ive been calling back since yesterday because I still havent received my order (its June 28th) and the number wont connect me to an agent - it just cuts off with no music or hold tone . The 3rd attempt I let it stay on silent hold for over 10 minutes and nothing happening , so it seems like Im just getting disconnected when your automated responder is connecting me to a live person.

- Online ordering is untrustworthy

User's recommendation: Just shop in store. Don’t count on their customer service. I’m over an hour away and wanted the maternity shorts because they’re an amazing price and my pregnant cousin recommended them to me. It’s been over 90 degrees all month and I’m still waiting on these shorts. I should’ve just shopped local!

Bought the top 3 in the store. Bottom one is my own Ive had for years.
I wear a size 12. Look at this other nonsense.
Naturally I returned right away but this isnt even a SMALL discrepancy- its actual sizes in discrepency.
Preferred solution: Use appropriate and consistent measurements for sizing.

Refusing to do what you want and saying no is NOT the same as rude. GROW UP. If you are old you should be able to tell the difference between someone being rude and someone saying NO.
Old Navy does not price match competitors, but they do price match with other Old Navy locations. I am not sure why the manager refused, unless the jeans you purchased had been on sale and the sale had ended when you tried to get the second pair.
The OP is not telling the whole story. Then they mistake NO, for rude.
They mistake not getting what they want as rude. Thay may be a grown man but behave like a six year old boy.
