I recently took back two pair of shorts I had bought online to the store, and to my surprise I was not allowed to EXCHANGE them, not refund them but exchange them. Why? Cuz I brought to many things back without a receipt well maybe if your stupid app didn't switch up all the time I wouldn't have to check it as guest. Now id like to before I quit shopping at ur store exchange my shorts.

I was shopping today at *** in ***. I am from *** so things are different over and *** since there is high volume of customers however, the store is super busy and I overhear a short brunette manager yelling at this young girl employee with a pony tail over not speaking to just 2 people in the section.

It was very unsettling because it was middle of the walk way, shes basically threatening to fire this young girl in front of a handful of other customers and the girl ends up crying. She seemed like a higher rank manager so it was shocking too see that happen publicly.

So far not happy with the service. putting customers on hold with promise to solve the problem but NOTHING

I returned the item which was priced at $5.99, but I only got the refund for $1.92. I called and I was told the remaining amount will be refunded via check in 2 weeks.

I waited 3 weeks and no check was received. I called 4 times and I felt the customer service tried to help but with zero results. They always said we will do research and someone will call you. I received a missed call, and the person left a message asking me to call them back.

I called again and I had to retell the story again and still no result. I tried to chat and I was told to email or call back again. I said no more calls. The customer service representative gave the email address, but when I sent the email, the email address returned invalid.

I tried to chat again and again I was asked to tell my problem. This is ridiculous. I felt I spent more than 4 hours just to get my refund for $4.07. Ridiculous!

I paid $5.99 but I only got a $1.92 refund.

I called 5 times and made 3 attempts to chat with zero results. This pissed me off!!

Can't get refund for package not received

I placed an order 8/4/25 and it first stated that my order had shipped in 3 separate packages. I received 2 packages, not the third.

Reached out to CS and they sent me a link to report the item not received. Then they denied my request for a refund. I have sent them 2 emails since asking why my request was denied and have received no answers. Then CS gives me 2 different numbers to call and both do not work.

So, cannot reach them by phone or email and I am out money for a package I have not received, in fact the status is saying that it is waiting for a carrier to pick up.

I cannot cancel the item or get a refund. This is robbery.

My item rang incorrectly, I knew it was on sale, but didnt know exactly the percentage. The cashier asked me how much is it?

Me Im not really sure it was in this direction. He wanted me to go look and let him know? If he is the manager wouldnt you be familiar with merchandise, price and location.
Then he said its not on sale I told him I would go look, he followed me and I showed him where the sale sign was and other dresses just like mine, on sale.
I actually asked him where are you coming from you argue with me you were wrong and try to turn it around on me,. Did he understand that the customer is always right!!
He continued to smart mouth me, I was extremely upset.

I walked out.
I have never had anyone treat me in this manner.

I pay for his job, just like other customers. You will loose this store with this very arrogant, rude person.

Actually the customer is not always right. You making that statement is a perfect example.

The origins of that premise started at the beginning of the 20th century. A store owner overheard an employee critiquing a customer’s selection. He pulled the employee aside and told them “The customer is always right in matters of taste”. Since then, consumers have misused and reimagined that employer-driven chastising of an employee to an unchecked and limitless allowance to dictate policy.

You, presented with store policy, felt it was your right to misuse a statement that was never spoken. And of course you are also guilty of the passive-aggressive game “I really do know to the penny what the % off is but I’ll play stupid to see if the cashier lazily enters a higher discount”. And you lost. But no, the store will be fine.

You need to go away.

Unfortunately there are other retailers you can play entitled consumer at. Hopefully their grift sensor is working.
