No contact from Old Navy
Me Im not really sure it was in this direction. He wanted me to go look and let him know? If he is the manager wouldnt you be familiar with merchandise, price and location.
Then he said its not on sale I told him I would go look, he followed me and I showed him where the sale sign was and other dresses just like mine, on sale.
I actually asked him where are you coming from you argue with me you were wrong and try to turn it around on me,. Did he understand that the customer is always right!!
He continued to smart mouth me, I was extremely upset.
I walked out.
I have never had anyone treat me in this manner.
I pay for his job, just like other customers. You will loose this store with this very arrogant, rude person.

I did not receive 3 of the 4 items that I ordered and Old Navy stated they were all delivered in the one package. I filled out complaint that I didnt receive 3 pts pants that I was billed for and Old Navy denied to reimburse me!
I consider that theft.
I have been a longtime customer of Old Navy.
I will never shop with Old Navy again. And I am filing a formal complaint regarding Old Navys business practices.Old Navy has non existent customer service.

Bill misinformation
The bill was paid in the name of Agnes Blackman which is my correct name and not ( Dale Blackman) I called about two years ago to make the correction also sent a copy of my ID, it was still not corrected. Now you send me another bill with interest.
Am looking forward for you to correct this issue. Thank you.
Double order and difficult lot to get thru to customer service
I want to talk to someone who can help me return items that were somehow double ordered. I'm not sure how this happened. Please send me instructions how to return these items.

Order never received - refund denied
I ordered a skirt through Old Navy's website and it never arrived. I reported the issue and my claim was denied.
I called customer service to find out why it was denied and they said it was because I had reported that I had never received merchandise on multiple occasions before and the representative even listed dates off in December. I said that he must be mistaken because I have never filed a claim before. He sent me to the claims department and she said she was not sure why the representative said I had comments on my file because this was the first one she saw. She said the request was still denied.
I asked why and she said she did not know.
I asked to speak to who would know and she said there was no one to speak to since the claims department denied it but she did not know why or by whom and that I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from Old Navy online because if you do, and it does not show up, you will most likely not get your money back.

Well, it’s August and I still do not have my order. They refunded my money but refused to then honor the original order’s price and kept all of my Old Navy $s.
By the time they put through the refund that I asked them not to do as I knew exactly what would happen, they no longer had my size in a couple items and the cost was over double at this point because they kept my Old Navy cash and they were no longer on sale. I tried taking care of it at the store, but they just kept saying they had no record of the sale of leggings to me but yet, wanted me to leave them there with them to take care of.
Hahaha. So, I still have 3 pair of 2XL leggings sitting in my dining room.
I placed 2 separate orders last week. I received 2 packages on Friday, March 15.
The first contained a dress and pair of khaki shorts I ordered. I opened the 2nd package and it contained 3 pairs of size 2XL navy blue leggings and NOT the 3 dresses and 1 shirt that I ordered. I DID NOT order the leggings and I do not know why they were sent to me. You can look up the order number I supplied you and see what I ordered.
I immediately reached out that night explaining and was treated as if I was lying or trying to scam.
I told the person to look at my order and they kept saying so, you got your leggings and not the rest of the order? I kept explaining that I DID NOT order leggings. None, zero period. I kept telling them what I did order to no avail.
The only resolution I was offered was to send back the leggings, they would be inspected, and 10-14 days after the return/refund was approved I would then get my money back for the leggings.
I kept asking how can you refund something I DID NOT order? How would you even know how much to refund me as there is no order.
Well, it gets worse. The second part of the resolution was that I would have to re-order the items, pay for them and then call to get a price adjustment all the while, you still had my original money. So, I would have to pay out $78, hope for the price adjustment, while you held my original payment of $48 for up to 14 days.
(And thats assuming my refund was for my order and not the leggings, and assuming the refund was even approved) so that means Im out $126 for a $48 order until you determine my refund credible. Also, I would not receive credit for any reward type money used. Well, it was partially paid for with Old Navy $ and $2 or $3 in my account.
That is completely unacceptable. I did not send the wrong items, I didnt misstate anything, I was the one being honesty when I contacted you telling of the leggings.
I could have just said I didnt receive my package, which is the truth, but I did not. I was honest so you would not lose out on inventory.
I should not have to go through all of this for your mistake. I want the items I paid for and I feel they should be shipped to me immediately and I should not have to put out another penny for what I already paid for. Yes, you may say well you have our merchandise to that I say yes I do, but only because you sent them to me.
I wear small in leggings FYI, so I have no need for 3 pairs of 2XL. I also never said I would not return them.
I can not believe that this is your policy. Treating people as if theyve stolen something from you.
And, when it was you who picked up 3 pairs of leggings, put them in a mailer, and sent them to my name and my address when I did not order them.
I would greatly appreciate a quick resolution to this matter, as these items were ordered because I wanted them now. Not in 3 to 5 weeks.
Preferred solution: I just want what I ordered and have already paid for!!!

Manager highly embarrassed me so bad I never want to show my face again
Well after a few minutes of being there and mind you I have no clue what Im going in there for going in blind shopping and after a few minutes of me and my daughter shopping, she starts following us and everybodys following us and watching us then she comes up to me and asked me if she can help me or if I need a bag yeah and unless you can make up your mind for me then no I dont need your help. You cant really help me pick out an outfit then she continues to follow and then when I ask about the dressing room, she has an attitude when she replies, then I accidentally had the Old Navy bag on my shoulder still when I was walking out the door so the alarm went off while I come to go back in and she has me walk through the alarm again, and then have the nerve to tell me that she was doing it for me aint nobody stupid youre trying to make me walk back there so you can catch me stealing and Im not stealing but the fact that she made it look like I was was a problem a very big problem and I will be contacting a lawyer and her name is Kathy

I ordered from you on 10/31/25, but it was delivered on 11/07/24. That's a lie.
I've jumped through more hoops than a circus poodle. You may get away with not giving back my hard-earned money, but I will file a complaint with the BBB. It may not do one bit of good, but shame on you. Companies are taking advantage of folks because we can't get to you in person to demand our money back.
You all hide behind the emails.
You should be ashamed. 1K2TXHV, that's the order number that you're refusing to do anything about.

I visited the Old Navy location in Oshawa, and upon entering the store, I was looking for a few things. I asked for help from one of your staff members, a male about 510 moustache and wears a hat, he did not seem like he wanted to be there at all.
He was completely dismissive and not engaging to converse with. When I asked him why he was behaving in this manner, he rudely told me to mind my own business.

Actually the customer is not always right. You making that statement is a perfect example.
The origins of that premise started at the beginning of the 20th century. A store owner overheard an employee critiquing a customer’s selection. He pulled the employee aside and told them “The customer is always right in matters of taste”. Since then, consumers have misused and reimagined that employer-driven chastising of an employee to an unchecked and limitless allowance to dictate policy.
You, presented with store policy, felt it was your right to misuse a statement that was never spoken. And of course you are also guilty of the passive-aggressive game “I really do know to the penny what the % off is but I’ll play stupid to see if the cashier lazily enters a higher discount”. And you lost. But no, the store will be fine.
You need to go away.
Unfortunately there are other retailers you can play entitled consumer at. Hopefully their grift sensor is working.
