Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

I ordered a longline bra which was a little snug. As soon as I saw the next size up come in stock, I ordered that size.

I checked the previous order to ensure it was within the return window and submitted for a return. I printed the label that same day and dropped the package in the mail at a nearby Dropbox. This was 9/16/23. I have been calling them since and still have not been refunded.

Each time I get the same script and a new rep telling me they are submitting an investigation. Each time I never hear back which prompts me to call again and start all over as if they cant see any notes on my account. I am a Banana Republic cardholder and have been for years.

This is a $16 bra that should not be this much hassle to return and get a refund. Im at the point now its on principle and would like someone to please help me.

User's recommendation: Avoid unless you can try on in store. Their customer service is all outsourced unfortunately and it’s clear I am not talking to anyone in the US.

Monetary Loss: $16.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
