I returned the item which was priced at $5.99, but I only got the refund for $1.92. I called and I was told the remaining amount will be refunded via check in 2 weeks.
I waited 3 weeks and no check was received. I called 4 times and I felt the customer service tried to help but with zero results. They always said we will do research and someone will call you. I received a missed call, and the person left a message asking me to call them back.
I called again and I had to retell the story again and still no result. I tried to chat and I was told to email or call back again. I said no more calls. The customer service representative gave the email address, but when I sent the email, the email address returned invalid.
I tried to chat again and again I was asked to tell my problem. This is ridiculous. I felt I spent more than 4 hours just to get my refund for $4.07. Ridiculous!
I paid $5.99 but I only got a $1.92 refund.
I called 5 times and made 3 attempts to chat with zero results. This pissed me off!!
Monetary Loss: $4.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Old Navy Cons: Horrible customer service.
