I have had the worst customer service experience of any company that I have delt with!I simply wanted to exchange a belt that didnt fit that I had ordered online.
I returned it to a store like they told me and called "customer service" to do an "easy exchange." Well, nothing was easy about it. Had to cancel my first order and a supervisor assured me that it would be at my door in 2 days. NOPE! never showed up and they pretty much don't care.
They just told me that it was the warehouses fault and they had no idea when it would be shipped. WORST online purchase EVER!
I will not use their online services again!!I would highly advise you to do the same!!!
